Money Orders and Certified ("Cashier's") Checks preferred
for fastest delivery. Non-US residents, please use an International
Money Order (pink form) made payable in US dollars. Personal checks
gladly accepted but must clear before item(s) ship. Please

SHIPPING CHARGES:
For
Boxes, Kits, and Calendars only: U.S. destination postage (West and Midwest states) is
$8.50 for first item/set plus
$2.50 for each additional item/set. U.S. destination postage to Eastern and
off-shore states is $9.95 for the first item/set and $2.95 for each
additional item/set.
For
Posters only: U.S. destination postage (West and Midwest states) is
$6.50 for first poster plus $1.00 for each additional poster. U.S. destination postage to Eastern and
off-shore states is $7.25 for the first poster and $1.50 for each
additional poster.
For
Other Items:
U.S. destination postage (West and Midwest states) is $3.25 for first item
plus $0.55 for each additional
item. U.S. destination postage to Eastern and
off-shore states is $4.45 for the first item and $0.95 for each
additional item.

amount. Charges will vary depending upon items ordered and

DELIVERY: All deliveries sent via USPS Mail. Please allow up to 10 days
for normal delivery within the Continental US, slightly longer for
International deliveries.
